Packing & Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you upon shipment.

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.

• In their original packaging (e.g., bead strands, jewelry boxes, etc.).

Custom or personalized orders, as well as clearance items, are non-returnable.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
